How does the referral scheme work?

We've made it quick and easy for anyone to refer MagicBooking:

✅ Complete our referral form with the school's, club's, or activity provider 's contact information

☎️ Our sales team will contact the provider to discuss partnering with MagicBooking

💰 Once your referred school, club, or activity provider signs up with MagicBooking and processes their first booking, both you and your referred provider get £200 each!

Terms & Conditions

1. Providers are defined as schools, clubs, or activity providers.
2. The referral scheme ends on 31st December 2025. To qualify, all referred providers must sign a contract before this date. If a referred provider requires a start date after the deadline, they may sign before the deadline and request an amended start date, subject to MagicBooking’s discretion.
3. The referral scheme is only applicable to providers who sign up on a 2-year contract and use MagicBooking as their primary booking and management software.
4. The referral scheme is valid for new accounts that are fully onboarded and have transacted at least one booking on MagicBooking.
5. The £200 will be transferred directly to your bank account or a credit note will be issued on your subscription once the provider has activated on the platform (processed one booking).
6. The referral scheme is not valid if the referred provider is owned and operated by the referrer (contact sales for potential discounts on secondary businesses).
7. MagicBooking reserves the right to end or amend this scheme at anytime.
