As part of the latest system roll out, MagicBooking announces:
- A multi-child check-out feature, allowing providers to check multiple children out of the register in one go, accommodating busy school or club pick-up times. In addition, MagicBooking has added a sibling check-out feature, allowing providers to check out one or multiple siblings at the same time – fewer clicks and a smoother experience for parents and guardians during busy moments.
- Updates to comply with the newly introduced Benedict's Law, allowing parents to upload a healthcare or action plan against each of their children's allergies. Each plan can be accessed by admins directly from the register or child's profile, ensuring care providers have vital information right at their fingertips.
MagicBooking also continues its commitment to ensuring childcare providers have total control of how they run their settings. A new feature stops discounts being used in conjunction with promo codes. This ensures providers can set specific promotions without the worry of multi-session or sibling discounts eating into margins. In addition, promo codes can now be used more than once per parent if a provider allows. This is particularly useful for recurring offers or loyalty incentives, giving providers further opportunities to encourage recurring bookings and revenue.
