Parents can book online based on live availability until the full capacity of the club is reached. This prevents any overbooking that could otherwise occur. If a parent cancels their booking, the space no longer required is released, allowing other parents to book on, so you don’t lose out.

The system manages multi-session capacity allowing you to offer flexible booking time and duration.

Magicbooking allows you to retain your own booking rules for your wraparound care. You are able to set notice periods for booking, cut-off times and cancellation policies. You can also authorise credit notes to automatically be generated if your individual cancellation policy has been observed.

Every booked session automatically populates the live register which can be accessed from any device with Internet access including iPads and tablets.

Card instalments are automatically taken from the card provided by the parent, and allocated to the relevant account which means zero administration is needed from you.

In addition, our unique childcare voucher reconciliation area makes allocating vouchers extremely quick and easy.

The system helps you comply with the GDPR regulation by offering customers, the right to be forgotten, full control of personal data and anonymisation of data. However, any statutory information which is required will be available as long as required by the law.
