We have been working with our friends at Energy Kidz to produce free document templates for you all. This weeks template is an anti-bullying policy. Energy Kidz, also part of The Curvepoint Group, is an Ofsted outstanding childcare provider. Market-leaders in wraparound care, they operate at over 100 locations throughout the UK. They have developed their documentation over nearly a decade and it is of a very high standard.
We will be working with them to produce more pieces of document templates for you, for free. At the minute we’re looking at providing templates such as risk assessments, appraisals, critical incident policies and more. This is an effort we are making along with our series of best practice blog posts, to help childcare providers of all types and sizes. This policy covers everything you need to know about how to deal with bullying in child-care. It covers how to spot bullying, what to do about it, what a successful resolution of bullying will look like, and how to prevent bullying. Remember to replace where it says [CLUB NAME] within the document with the name of your school or club.
